The cream whipper is now on trial in the Lakeview.

It must be kept refrigerated.

In order to comply with Food Safety rules, we will empty and wash the unit every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This will ensure that the cream is never more than 3 days old, and avoid the use of labelling.
